American born Leon Bridges may have been washing dishes and mopping floors 18 months ago, but he’s now making ripples in the music industry.

After signing to Columbia Records this year, the 27 year old has earned industry praise from the likes of NME, Rolling Stone and BBC Radio 2. Raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Bridge’s music is steeped in influences from his upbringing, including his mother, and credits video sharing site YouTube for helping him discover other musical inspiration. After performing on The Late Late Show with James Corden in May, the soulful singer is set to release his first LP Coming Home - produced by Austin Jenkins and Josh Block of White Denim - on June 22, before embarking on his own debut headline UK tour.
